Friends have a way of disappearing as the years drag on. We get older, harder, busier, and we don’t have time for those who are most important to us. Time is a cruel bandit playing the long con until you wake up one day and believe it was your idea to stand by and let those special people who challenged you and kept you grounded fade out of your life completely. But don’t worry! Fall is a magical time of year and guess what? All your friends are gonna be at The Moon this Tuesday, September 18, 2012, 8PM at Union Pool! So come join us or we’re just gonna share embarrassing stories about you!

With Special Guests:

Plus:

Featuring The Moon Players: James Beard, Jordan Clifford, Tim Skinner and Timothy Whitney

And your hosts, Bob Walles & Nat Towsen!

We really miss you, so come to The Moon. It’ll be like back to school all over again!

Moon Movies: Dog at the Party

Anyone who was at The Moon: Season 4 Premiere a few nights ago will remember this video that we screened to a delighted audience. You can watch the video again or for the first time, and as often as you like with no worries about wearing out the tape!

Starring Ellis Bahl, Bryan Condon, Steve Conrad and Tim Skinner, Dog at the Party bravely asks the question: “What do you do with a dog at the party?” And answers: “Why, let him hang of course. Hang out, that is!” You’ll see what I mean when you watch. Or maybe you won’t!

Music by Kenny Pickett

Live On The Moon: BEATNIK DEATHMATCH!

The Season 4 Premiere of The Moon Show is just 1 week away!!!!!!!!!  To celebrate its return, lets take a trip in the way back machine to our very first show, January 6th of 2009, at the now defunct Sound Fix Lounge.

Like so many shows to follow, this one started off smooth but then some asshole, this time from Bob’s poetry class, came and messed things up, challenging Bob to a beat-off.

See you all in a week at our new home, UNION POOL!

Live On The Moon: CHRISTMAS!

Santa and his pals Bob and Nat are enjoying some holiday cheer when a thieving chimney-sweep tries to steal their presents.  The fellas are mad but Santa forgives poor Peter and convinces Nat and Bob to let him join the variety show and sing a little song.  Peter is thrilled, so long as the other Moon Players will help him sing it.

Originally performed on The Moon’s Christmas Special, Tuesday, December 21st, 2011.

Sunday Funnies: A Huffington Pots Holiday Special
A lot of people think that Huff is Rastafarian.
Huff would like to apologize for putting this strip out a day late. He says that Saturday was “the Sabbath” and Sunday was “the day for listening to Sabbath”, so he’s had a busy weekend.
